Scan Frequency

Custom Scan Frequencies

You can set the scan frequency for each patient depending on their individual treatment plan. The default frequencies are 7, 14, 21, or 28 days with the option of setting a custom frequency. You can also set a date for the next scan if you need one from your patient on a certain date or off-cycle.

To set scan frequency:

  1. Navigate to your Doctor Portal and use the search box to find the patient whose schedule you’re setting.

  2. Click on their name and then select the gray circle next to their treatment status.

  3. That will open their patient card with the scan settings tab available. Use this tab to set scan frequency using the default options or your own custom frequency.

  4. Set the calendar to the corresponding date of the next scan by clicking on the calendar icon underneath set next scan. For example, if today is July 1st and you’re setting the patient on a 7 day cycle, you will then click on the calendar icon to choose the date of the next scan, July 7th.

If you change the patient’s scan frequency but do not update their next scan date, the new scan frequency will start after the displayed date.

FAQ

Q: What happens if my patient is overdue? How do I reset their scan frequency?

A: If your patient is overdue, you can change their scan settings and set a custom date. If you choose a date in the future, it will reset their overdue status; the red overdue banner will no longer appear and they will no longer see the overdue notification when they open the app.
