Joining the Platform
To join the platform as a Practice Member (PM), you will need to be invited by the primary account holder (usually the person who signed up with Grin initially).
You will receive an email invitation from the primary account holder.
Click the link in the email to be redirected to the Grin platform to create a password for your new account. Your email address will be pre-populated.
Setting Up Your Account
Set up your account with your name, phone number for text notifications, and role. You can choose a role that makes sense to you.
Some examples include:
- Treatment Coordinator
- Orthodontist
- Patient Coordinator
- Office Manager
- Clinical Assistant
Add a photo (recommended) or hit skip.
Updating Your Info
You can update your personal information such as name and title.
- Go to your name in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
- Click on Account Settings.
- Choose My Profile from the menu on the left side.
- Edit name, role, email, or phone number as necessary.
- Click Save Changes.
Only individuals can edit their own personal info. An account owner or account manager cannot edit team members' information.
