How Grin Remote Monitoring Works
Grin Remote Monitoring offers an easy portal through which you can send your doctor scans of your teeth, get feedback and messages directly from your doctor, and see your treatment progress.
Using Grin is easy - just open the app, scan, and communicate with your doctor.
Download the Grin app using your email invitation or search “get grin” in your app store. You can also scan the QR code in the booklet that came with your scope.
Launch the Grin app to communicate with your doctor and, when you’re ready to scan, attach the Grin Scope to your device to get started.
Find a mirror and follow the self-scan instructions to send your doctor a scan to review.
Communicate with your doctor using the messaging feature in the app. They’ll be notified when you submit a scan and you’ll be notified when they review and respond in the app.
