If you're a doctor or practice staff and forget or need to change the password on your Grin provider account, follow the below instructions.
- Navigate to the Doctor Portal at providers.get-grin.com.
- If you’re on our main website (get-grin.com), in the upper right-hand corner, hover your cursor over the subheading For Providers and click on Doctor Login.
- That will bring you to your sign in page where you can click on Forgot Password, underneath the login fields.
- You will then see the Reset Password screen. Enter the email address you used when establishing the account and click the reset button. This will send you an email with a six-digit confirmation code.
- Copy and paste the code from your email into the first text box. Then, choose a new password and confirm your new password in the following boxes.
- Click on save to set your password.
If you don’t get the email with the confirmation code, check your junk/spam folder. If your code is still missing, you can click the link at the bottom marked resend confirmation code.
