Doctor Portal Password Reset

If you're a doctor or practice staff and forget or need to change the password on your Grin provider account, follow the below instructions.


  1. Navigate to the Doctor Portal at providers.get-grin.com.
  2. If you’re on our main website (get-grin.com), in the upper right-hand corner, hover your cursor over the subheading For Providers and click on Doctor Login.
  3. That will bring you to your sign in page where you can click on Forgot Password, underneath the login fields.
  4. You will then see the Reset Password screen. Enter the email address you used when establishing the account and click the reset button. This will send you an email with a six-digit confirmation code.
  5. Copy and paste the code from your email into the first text box. Then, choose a new password and confirm your new password in the following boxes.
  6. Click on save to set your password.


If you don’t get the email with the confirmation code, check your junk/spam folder. If your code is still missing, you can click the link at the bottom marked resend confirmation code.
