The Doctor Dashboard is an information center that provides digestible insights and details into how your patients and practice are utilizing Grin. It contains different tabs, organized by topic, that break down aspects of patient use, scan activity, communication, and reports.
You can access the Doctor Dashboard from your Account Summary page. Navigate to your account at providers.get-grin.com, click on the dropdown box next to your name, and select My Account Summary.
Parts of the Dashboard
The dashboard has 4 main tabs:
- Practice Overview
- Patient Activity & Scans
- Patient Communication
- Reports
Each tab has specialized information and graphical reporting per subject. You can also use the date dropdown box in the upper right hand corner of each tab to filter by date.
You can download various data on the dashboard by clicking on the cloud icon in the upper right hand corner of the data panel. Download is available in three formats: .csv, .xlsx, and .json.
Practice Overview
In Practice Overview, you’ll see the following information:
- Total patients:
- The total number of patients at your practice that are using Grin
- Registered:
- Number of patients who have accepted invitations and created an account
- Invited:
- Number of patients who have been sent an invitation email but have not yet accepted and created an account
- Active:
- Number of patients who are registered and not in archived status
- Open Seats:
- How many slots remaining for Grin patients
- Patient Status and Treatment Type Distribution:
- What percentage of your patients are in each status/treatment type
- Patients Added Last Week:
- How many patients were added to the platform in the previous 7 days
- Total Patient Count Trend:
- Data trends relating to number of patients
- Median Time to Download:
- How long patients take between being invited and downloading the Grin app
- Median Time to Scan:
- How long patients take to complete their first scan
- Patients Still Invited:
- Detailed list of patients who are still in invited status and have yet to create a Grin account
Patient Activity & Scans
- Scans Added Last Week:
- How many scans were added to the platform in the previous week
- Total Scan Count Trend:
- Data trends relating to number of scans
- Scan Frequency Distribution:
- Data relating to patients’ scan frequency settings
- Overdue Report:
- Detailed list of patients who are overdue for their scan
Patient Communication
- Total Messages:
- Number of messages between you and your patients
- Total Scans:
- Number of scans taken by patients
- Total Scan Reviews:
- All scan reviews you’ve completed and uploaded
- Off-Cycle Scans:
- Total number of scans that were completed outside of the patient’s set schedule
- Communication Type Distribution:
- Breakdown of total communications between you and your patients
- Inbound vs Outbound Communications:
- Breakdown of sent vs received messages
Reports
Here you will see your patient list which will display certain details with each listing:
- Created Time:
- Time and date the account was created
- Name:
- First and last name of patient
- Email:
- Address that was used to register and create an account
- Phone Number:
- Number used when establishing the account
- Status:
- Treatment status of each patient
- Is Scan Overdue:
- Indication of overdue status
- Latest Expected Scan Date:
- The date when the patient’s scan is due
- Treatment Type:
- Category of orthodontic treatment
- Lead Type:
- Listing of Grin program type
